I'm Gabriel and I'm a

- Attending professional degree in Computer Network at Estácio de Sá University / AM, fluent in English.

- Experience with RHEL servers, Linux, Windows Server 2019 (Active directory, fileserver, dns and more)

- Network administration with routers, firewalls, switches and access points.

- Network Incident monitoring through the open source software Zabbix and Grafana.

- Management and inventory of assets / helpdesk, through open source ITSM software GLPI.

- Laboratory information systems LISNET (TM INFORMÁTICA), SMART (PIXEON), LIS (SHIFT LIS), TARGET (OLAUDO), configurations and problem solving in laboratory equipment interface.
